Manuscript Checklist

Use this form to ensure all required material is included with submission of your manuscript.

 Include original manuscript and three (3) photocopies.

Manuscripts should include:

 Title page (include the title of the article, author’s name [with degree], author’s affiliation and running head).

 Double-spaced manuscript (text and references).

 Abstract statement (no more than 150 words).

 List of 3-5 key words.

 Brief bio paragraph of each author.

 At least eight multiple-choice questions.

 A list of learning objectives to go along with the article.

 Computer disk with manuscript saved in Microsoft Word or text-only format.

 Check all references for accuracy and completeness. Put references in proper format (Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, Fourth Edition) in alphabetical order, making sure each is cited properly in the text.

 Include a title for each table and figure and a brief, succinct phrase, preferably no longer than 10-15 words.

 Send four (4) sets of all illustrations and tables with titles and explanatory legends for each.


 Include a list of at least four (4) learning objectives.

 Include a list of at least eight (8) multiple choice test questions adequately covering the learning objectives.
